A big thank you to Dr Sebastian Willitts and the team!I was in a slight panic when I came home... from work and realized my Pug needed assistance, I called Toorak Road Veterinary Clinic expecting them to say it’s to close to closing time (especially due to been a new patient) but I was wrong, we were welcomed to attended right away.On arrival we were welcomed by lovely staff and a very clean practice.Dr Willitts was very thorough when examining my Pug and took the time to explain to me his findings and answered all my questions giving me reassurance.Thank you guys once again, appreciate it!Will definitely be attending again!read more

Vet, On the most heartbreaking day saying goodbye to our cat they were the most professional, caring and thoughtful place. I would just like to give a huge thank you too Toorak Road Vet Clinic for the care of Barney and... Snoopy.Having been there many years ago, I returned with my new dogs. They have looked after 3 of my pets over the years, and they always offer such kind care of my pets... but also of me as a distressed pet mum, with her sick baby.When one of my cats passed earlier this year, they sent me a nice card with seeds to plant in honour of my cat. Absolutely incredible staff. The clinic has a really nice caring team, almost giving it a little... tight knit family vibe.We had a little scare for our 2 yr old Tabby Bobbie who was spiking a nice fever and having troubles eating. Vet James was so thorough, explained everything and gave me all the information I needed. He did absolutely everything possible to try to diagnose and get Bob back to his normal spunky self. There was so much care provided and made me feel like Bob was the only patient for the day. Which I’m sure is the care James provides to all patients.And of course the nurses, reception and all other staff made him so comfortable during his little day trip. I cannot recommend and thank Toorak Rd vet clinic enough for their geniune, thorough and... professional service. I am a canine behaviour consultant and trainer based in Camberwell and refer all my clients onto Toorak vet after their comprehensive assistance with my Great Dane Kaiser who became extremely violently ill as a young pup. Thankfully Kaiser is now as happy and healthy as ever and has had extremely positive vaccination and consultation appointments since with Dr Sebastion, Dr Diana, Dr Miriam and all the beautiful vet tech’s who liased with us compassionately through his life threatening health scare and provided the upmost care and sincere concern for our little boy and now spoil him with love (and treats) every visit. Incredible staff! called yesterday morning last minute about my dog Rosie and the wonderful... girls on the front desk did everything they could to get us in INCLUDING retrieving all of my dogs past history from our former vet. Able to book an appointment at short notice for the Saturday. Attentive and knowledgeable over the... phone to ascertain the extent of the issue for my puppy. Sebastian was excellent, listened to concerns, thorough work-up and assessment of Lucy's issues. Provided sound advice and a plan based on latest evidence and experience. We are so glad we moved to Toorak Rd Veterinary Clinic. After having a falling out with our... previous clinic. At the old clinic the receptionist was rude where our cat had an overly long ongoing issue for months and months and months. We were all super stressed.After 1 week of care at Toorak Rd Vet Clinic we could see our cats symptoms were improving.After 6 weeks of fortnightly care our cat has been cured.And now she is back to her loving, playful, energetic and curious nature.Traveling to our old clinic we had to wait for a three train crossing. Took forever.The Toorak Rd Vet Clinic is much better situated for us.5 min drive outside of rush hour traffic I can get a parking spot just outside the front door.So convenient!The reception staff is always nice and welcoming and know my cat by name before I even speak.I like their rescued office pets. The giant dog, the curious cat and the chirping bird.My vet is friendly and has a confident caring positive professional nature.My family is very happy with Toorak Rd Veterinary Clinic.Thanks to all.read more
